Poem #1 Where The Sidewalk Ends
¤ The title of the poem is important because it symbolizes a better place were things rest.
¤ The tone of this poem is mostly positive and the author may have been thinking about a relaxing place far from stress or chaos from the world
¤ When I read this poem I feel  like there is always good in this world and it gives me a positive feeling.
¤ The is a shift in this poem. I feel like it come after the first stanza. The author goea from writing about this positive plave to writing about leaving this dark, negative place.
¤ I think the theme of this poem is if you keep your head up during tough times and continue trying you will get to a place your happy at.

Poem #2 Everything will be alright
¤ The title of this poem is important because it pretty much sums up what the poem is about and tells you what the main point is.
¤ The tone of this poem Is almost all positive execpt for maybe one line. I think think the author was having a positive view of life.
¤ When I read this poem I felt good and believed that sometimes everything will be alright
¤ I didnt really notice a shift in this poem except for maybe where line that was kind of dark.
¤ I think the theme of this poem is that once you get through all the bad news there will be a positive outcome in the end.
